Schedule Business Data/Stripe Meeting

We will need to provide a unique STRIPE CONNECT link you will need to use to order and setup your account. Once this is done then we will request temporary admin level access to complete the setup for a Pippily system release.

Once you use the CONNECT LINK to sign up for your new Stripe account we will ask you to add us as an admistration admin lever user to your account. Once we are all done with the set up you may remove us as an admin.

Pippily is a comprehensive program that incorporates the best technologies, your business information, your community information, and an amazing support center to ensure everything is processed according to plan.


It works as a standalone infrastructure interconnecting the very best applications into a single dashboard for ease of use. It is ideal for communities where businesses are located. 


It is also an amazing non-dues revenue system for organizations like Chambers of Commerce who might already have a membership management system in place but want to dramatically amplify their community reach without changing what they use now to manage their membership.


During the Community Onboarding process, you will receive a project tracker link that gives you insight into what our team is doing. We have a custom project management application designed to be sure that our team stays on course and completes the project to our customer's satisfaction. The tracker includes detailed system setup information on the marketplace configuration, website development, subscription plan setup, community communications, community calendar modules, and more for an epic release.


The tracker details all of the steps we have to follow along with dates of each element as they are completed.

We're here to make your community onboarding process as easy as possible! Here are the three main steps:



Step 1: Sign the monthly service agreement and pay the one-time setup fee. We'll provide you with links to complete your STRIPE merchant services program for subscriptions that will connect directly to your bank account.


Step 2: Collect business data. We'll work with your community coordinator to set up the community dashboard and business subscription options.


Step 3: Present and approve. We'll present the new community website, publishing system, community calendar and event registration, community

communications system, business marketplace, and management dashboard for your review and approval. Once approved, we'll ask to make three changes to your domain DNS records. If you want us to create and host your new domain and provide up to five emails for your coordinator(s), we can do that for $20 per month. Otherwise, there is no extra charge.


If you're the Pippily system coordinator, your tasks include:

  • Signing the month-to-month Pippily by Chamber Nation agreement.
  • Activating subscription plans and accessing the financial reporting area to keep track of all program revenue and payments.
  • Activating the community communications system and taking a personal tour.
  • Managing the community calendar and event publishing system.
  • Managing your community website using the most advanced tools that make it easy to use.
  • Providing support for existing business records that need to be uploaded into the new Pippily system.


Don't worry about new business onboarding build-outs, as our team handles everything. Businesses that sign up through your website or through Pippily will be sent automatically to our production department for research and build-out. We also provide all business support as part of our services.


As the coordinator, your tasks include overseeing that expected revenue is auto deposited into the community bank account, reminding businesses to renew their subscription, managing the website, approving public submitted jobs for posting, managing the calendar items, extending the calendar by adding event registration pricing, and overseeing income from events to ensure that all revenue is automatically deposited directly into the community bank account.


Don't worry about support either! We provide coordinator support at no extra cost, and our terrific support team is available to answer questions, give direction, or deal with anything that is not right. We have several support team groups at Pippily by Chamber Nation, including coordinator system support, business support, and engineering support.


Our CEO Richard Scully works in our support center nearly every day to ensure that we are meeting our customer expectations. When you meet with Richard during the system rollout, he will provide his cell phone number just in case you run into a problem.

Simplified Billing

Introduction:


At Pippily, we understand that many community-based organizations prefer a straightforward approach to their billing operations. That's why we created Pippily to cater to those who want to leverage the latest technologies while keeping things as simple as possible.


Onboarding (Initial):


If your organization already has an established community of members and you decide to adopt Pippily by Chamber Nation, we will request your existing membership data. Our team will utilize this data to load your new Pippily system.


Since many of your members will have payments scheduled up to a certain date and won't owe immediately, Pippily needs to be aware of this. Once your members are loaded into the system, Pippily will examine their paid-through dates to determine when to send them an onboarding notification.


Members will receive an email prompting them to choose a subscription plan and select their preferred payment method. Our subscription plans offer annual, bi-annual, and monthly options. Members simply make their selection and provide their credit or bank card details, enabling seamless automatic renewals going forward.

Thanks to Stripe, this process is modern and ensures your organization maintains a professional image.


Onboarding New Members or Businesses from Your Website:


There are two ways to onboard new members. The first method involves integrating Pippily into your website. You can create a page that highlights all the benefits of joining, and when potential members are ready to join, they will be prompted to enter their email address. Pippily will then send them their subscription choices.


Once they view the options and make their selection (annual, monthly, etc.), they will be automatically enrolled and set up for automatic renewals.


Onboarding New Members via the Admin Dashboard:


System administrators can also onboard new members directly through the Pippily Admin Dashboard. By selecting "Invite Stripe Business" and entering the member's email address, Pippily will send them a list of subscription options to choose from.


Alternatively, there is an option to "Invite Stripe Individual No-build." In this case, administrators can enter the individual's email address, and they will receive a list of subscription plans. They can then choose the individual subscription. Since this may be an individual membership without the need for all of Pippily.Ai's tools, no further research or customization will be required.


PLEASE NOTE: In order for members to have access to their new member dashboard and extensive services they will need to be onboarded (built-out) by our team. There is a lot of work that goes into this process so the faster we have your membership data loaded the quicker our team can get started.
