After the base plan is purchased for a one-time setup fee of $1,875, a monthly charge of $200 applies, which includes the first 100 businesses. Any additional businesses set up beyond this initial 100 will incur a one-time fee of $25 for research and onboarding services, followed by a monthly cost of $2.50, or $1.25 if your community is covering the business services. For larger groups, this can be as low as $0.65 per business. A standard merchant account fee of 2.9% plus $0.30 per transaction will be charged through Stripe for customers who sign up and pay for your service at the price you set (if applicable). You can also accept checks and manually enter their paid-through dates into Pippily.
If you prefer to utilize your existing billing system or QuickBooks, you can easily update the paid-through dates in Pippily. In this case, the Stripe merchant account fees will not apply.
Substantial discounts are available for larger groups or when an entire community, town, or city is documented for search.
In order to kick off the program, we need the list of at least 100 businesses to begin. This initial phase can be supported by our 8 Founding Sponsors program. Subsequent businesses beyond the first 100 will then be responsible for covering their own costs at a rate determined by the community (or not and paid for by the community itself).
